Whether your school hasn’t yet adopted PLD programs school-wide, or you’re looking for personal, flexible access to our programs, an Individual Licence offers a simple, effective solution tailored to your needs
An Individual Licence can be accessed on any device (i.e. desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones) and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Before you get started, here are a few important points:
- Individual Licences are for single users only and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Sharing login details breaches copyright law and PLD’s terms of use.

- If you’re in a job-share arrangement, each educator must purchase their own licence.
- For shared or team access, we recommend a Whole School Licence.
Once you have selected the programs required for your classroom, follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1
Register for a PLD website account to begin your Individual Licence purchase.
Step 2
Go to the resource or bundle you’d like to purchase and click on the ‘Individual Licence’ option. Then click ‘Add to Cart’ to proceed with your order. You can refer to the image on the left (click to enlarge).
Step 3
After completing your order, go to ‘My Account’ (top right corner) and select the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab to view all available licences.
Resources purchased under an Individual Licence are strictly for personal use and must not be shared with others. Sharing these materials breaches Australian copyright law and may lead to legal action. To ensure you’re using your Individual Licence correctly, please read the explanation below carefully.
How PLD’s Individual Licence resources CAN be used
Under the ‘Statutory Educational Licence’ the Authorised Individual User is permitted to:
- View the Individual Licence resource as a whole or in part.
- Display the Individual Licence on an Interactive Whiteboard, projector or smart TV.
- Print up to 10% of the Individual Licence resource per year.
- Copy and share text and images (e.g. snip a word or dictation passage for usage in a lesson plan or presentation), provided this is done solely for educational purposes and the Authorised Purchaser is covered by a ‘remuneration notice’ (learn more) and the new content is not shared with anyone outside the Authorised Purchaser’s classroom in any way.
How PLD’s Individual Licence resources CAN NOT be used
Under the ‘Statutory Education Licence’ the Authorised Individual User is NOT permitted to:
- Modify PLD’s Individual Licence resource in any way, other than those mentioned above.
- Duplicate, copy, download or otherwise replicate the Individual Licence resource.
- Copy or print more than 10% of the Individual Licence resource within the period of 1 year.
- Incorporate any of PLD’s intellectual property into another resource without written approval from PLD.
- Save a replicated copy greater than 10% of the Individual Licence resource or elements of it (e.g. a PowerPoint presentation containing snipped elements) onto a shared drive, intranet, portal or other networked site.
- Share the Individual Licence resource with or provide access to the Individual Licence resource to anyone else.
