Thisย form is used to provide background information (strictly confidential) when booking Parent Education Sessions.

Step 1: Download the booking form above.

Step 2: Complete and submit the paper-based form to mail@pld-literacy.org. Note: This is a provisional booking only.

Step 3:ย PLD will call you to discuss your booking and confirm your expectations from the session. We will provide you with an invoice for the booking, a 20% deposit will be required to secure the date.

Step 4:ย Your booking is confirmed once PLD receives the 20% deposit.

    Picture Book Program for 5 Year Olds: Perfect for Home or School

    Comprehension Questions for 5 Year Olds is a home or school resource designed to support oral language development in young children. Questions focus on Blank Level 3 and 4 skills, such as 'Why did that happen?', 'What would you use?' or 'Why can't we?' Instruction Booklet: Guidance for presenting in group, class or home settings. Strategies for Success: Techniques for responding to inadequate answers. Progress Check: Two assessments to monitor comprehension skill development.
