Delivery and Returns

Australia

Orders are delivered by Australia Post via Standard or Express delivery, depending on the option selected during the checkout process.

Pricing is dependent on parcel weight, volume and delivery address and will be displayed in the checkout prior to purchase.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and a tracking number will be provided via email, while delivery is usually completed within 7 days of shipping, however delays may sometimes occur and are outside our control.

International Delivery

Orders are delivered by Australia Post via Standard or Express delivery, depending on the option selected during the checkout process.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and a tracking number will be provided via email. Delivery times will vary from country to country.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to any country outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs clearance charges. These charges are NOT included in the purchase price and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Back Orders

Where a product is not available at the time of order, the item will be placed on back-order and dispatched (without any additional charge to the customer) as soon as they are available.

If you are not happy with the expected delivery date of a back-ordered item, you are welcome to cancel this item and receive a full refund.

Returns

PLD complies with Australian Consumer Law relating to product refunds, so if you encounter and issue with a faulty product or a product not being as you expected, we will be happy to provide you with a refund in line with our Refunds and Returns policy here.
