Welcome to PLD’s giveaway T&C’s page! By participating in our giveaway, participants agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page. Please read them carefully.

Purpose of Giveaways

Our giveaways are designed to promote literacy and support educational initiatives. We use these giveaways to engage with our community, raise awareness about our mission, and encourage the use of our educational resources.

Eligibility

To enter an of our giveaways, participants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Reside in Australia.
  • Follow all entry instructions specified in the giveaway announcement.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Complete the entry form or action required, such as subscribing to our newsletter, following our social media accounts, or sharing our content.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.

Prize details

Prizes will be described in the giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. PLD reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of PLD staff.
  • Winners will be notified via email, phone or social media within one day of the draw, and must respond within one day to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

Publicity

By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials related to the giveaway. This includes, but is not limited to, announcements on our website, social media, and email newsletters.

Privacy and Data Protection

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway and related communications. We will handle participants’ data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

General Terms

  • Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  • Some giveaway prizes (such as free tickets to an event) may be sponsored by a PLD partner.
  • PLD is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect the entry process or prize distribution.
  • PLD reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed fraudulent.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of PLD. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Conferences

Promotion Bags

Promotion bags may be distributed at conferences or trade exhibitions. Complimentary resources included in these bags are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Coupon Codes

Discount coupon codes may be offered for signing up to PLD’s newsletters or other special offers. These codes are valid for use until their stated expiry date and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Coupon codes are not valid for school licence products and third-party products. Only one coupon code may be applied per account. Codes must be entered at checkout to receive the discount and orders placed without applying the coupon code successfully can not be updated/changed to include a coupon code. This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Complete the steps below to enter the competition for a chance to be 1 of 3 winners of the new Set 5 of PLD’s Decodable Reading Books:
